With ZIP function: These are particularly suitable for moderate wind and rain, as the textile net is securely guided along the Pergola columns like a zipper. The zipper function provides a perfect function as well as added security.
Screens are easy to install, and consist of a robust textile-net and a powder-coated aluminium frame. This frame is painted the same colour as your pergola. In strong winds, the screens should be fully retracted to avoid damage.

Bought 2 S1 Screen for my Pergolux Pergola to protect the garden furniture. Screens were reasonably easy to fit and finish the pergola off nicely. My only observation which is slightly annoying is that both screens tend to retract about 15-20cm leaving a gap at the bottom. This doesn’t happen immediately upon closing but if left overnight the gap has appeared in the morning.
Definitely more than 3-5 hours work for 2 people. Maybe triple that! The leaflet instructions and animated videos are not comprehensive enough for smooth assembly. What would really help is a video with real footage of assembly. That would make things so much clearer. I would recommend professional assembly! The product itself is top notch!
The pergola was delivered within the quoted time, the delivery team consisted of four men who were able to carry the packages through to the back garden when asked.
The assembly team arrived as arranged and completed the assembly in one day with no problems.
Very happy with the end result, especially as the price was discounted due to being a previous model.
Really pleased with our pergola S1 screen. Enriches the pergola even more.
Instructions were clear and straightforward although we struggled getting it up with two of us (5ft6 pensioners) and had to get our neighbours in to help get it in position as the cassette is heavy. Fantastic quality though. Probably buying another screen for the side.
We recently purchased a 3m x 3m Freestanding S1Pergolux in anthracite with white roof louvres.
Having seen the Pergolux a while ago, it took some time to convince the mrs on the purchase as its a significant spend. That said we are delighted with our purchase and it completes our garden perfectly.
The build quality and finish is of excellent quality. It does feel like a very luxurious addition to our home and will get great use as it will allow us to use the garden all year round.
I installed the Pergolux myself fairly quickly with just a little assistance of my wife and son holding the frame when needed. The only gripe I would state is that the build instructions could be more detailed with clearer picture showing more detail. When installing the heater for example, there's no instrucions on paper, a QR code has to be scanned, the video shown is for a S2 or S3 and don't relate to the S1 so I was left to work out how to run the power line myself which wasn't as simple as it sounds.
After sales customer service was excellent, unfortunately one of the posts of the Pergolux arrived with a little damage, this was resolved very quickly to our complete satisfaction.
Overall we a delighted with the purchase and would recommend a Pergolux, its not a small purchase but believe it to be worth the money.
