We love our pergolux, we have the heaters and blinds and even in winter it is snug with the blinds down. It is amazing quality and we also love the roof that can open and close in seconds.
The pergola came quickly and was delivered in perfect condition. My husband and I built it together over a couple of days and it went very smoothly. It seems quite sturdy and has withstood some pretty high winds. We got the Sundream with electric louvers and LED lights. The LED lights are the perfect amount of illumination for an evening out with friends. It's a very soft, non-glaring light. We enjoyed it for a few weeks before it got cold and can't wait to get back out there. We bought 2 screens with it as well and they function smoothly with a bit of self-retracting action. We wish we had bought a 3rd screen. We got a free heater but haven't been able to use it yet as it blew a breaker when we first plugged it in. It works fine in a 20 amp plug but the one near the pergola is only 15 amp. I highly recommend this pergola for ease of build, its beauty, cost and quality.

What a great piece of kit. I wish I had bought 2 blinds, but I made the decision to go for the 1, mainly on cost alone. The delivery was excellent, the guys who built it were incredible. All in all, a superb job. Well done guys. I will enjoy my garden all the year round. Thanks again.
Not had the chance to maximise the benefits of the pergola as it was installed last week(December). But looks amazing… highly recommend you use the nominated installers (MHeaven) they were fantastic!
This decision to buy a Pergola took a long time on my end since I let myself be deterred by the idea that I wanted custom sized for my 15x17 deck. But what I got quoted for that was ridiculous; anywhere from 15k with plastic (!) louvers to 40k uninstalled.
When I found Pergolux, I compared them with other kit sellers like Bon Pergola but found that they not only had the best look and seemed of much more solid quality, but they were also interested in my business without the hard sell.
Every question was patiently answered, countless resources provided so that I could be convinced of the pergolux quality .
I reconfigured my project to work with a 13x13 wall mount Pergolux and boy am I happy about the at minimum 10k saved! The missing footage does not matter a bit and our new deck design with the pergola has been greatly admired during our inaugural party..
The construction is solid. Because our project was connected to a deck built, we had the pergola installed by our contractor in about 5 hours. He who initially connected me to the 15k quoter, now tells everyone about it, since he was impressed by the quality and ease of building.
One more shoutout to their customer service: When our delivery hit a snag (entirely by fault of the logistics provider), customer service was on it and did not let go until the kit made it safely by the deadline of construction to our house. They called me back after hours, kept me informed and showed me they cared about my project and forced the logistics provider to send an extra truck to my door, just to be able to continue the work! They truly cared - well done!!!

We are extremely pleased with the new Pergolux Skydance pergola that we have now had for a couple of months. This is a large and solid structure and found that it was necessary to build the pergola away from the building we wanted it to be located against. We found that the final connections could not be completed from the inside as we had been advised, and we were lucky to be able to lift the entire pergola onto rollers and away from the main building to complete the installation, before rolling back to it's final location. Very pleased to see that the installation instructions have now been greatly improved - it would have helped us tremendously if we had them before we built ours! We had a problem with the motor soon after completing the build but fortunately the help desk quickly arranged a replacement to be delivered. The pergola is very well constructed and we will definitely be recommending it to anybody interested.
We did a lot of research before we made our purchase . I am so glad we did as this design is the best . We have now had our Pergolux for 3 months and it been like having another room to the house , well garden room . We have sat out most nights and it certainly helps with having the screens and 2 heaters when the nights are drawing in .
We had a video call with the Pergolux team and this helped in many ways with them demonstrating how the roof works and screens . We ended up going for the sundance model as this has the flat roof when closed . We had lots of questions and they got back to us the following day with the answers . Great service .
I would recommend that you have a professional company install the unit as it took them 6 hours to erect ours and I am so glad we made that decision . Pergolux will send you contact details for assistance with having the unit erected . The company we had were able to do the assembly within 6 days of the pergolux being delivered . Excellent service from them as well.

Just completed construction of 3*3 pergola- took our time referring back to instructions and video app continually. All went smoothly and we now have a really solid pergola which we are well pleased with.
Just a small comment regarding the video- if sections of it were able to be slowed down a bit that may help

The order process and delivery was really straight forward. The pergola seems robust and looks like it will weather well. I had it installed by Matthew, the Pergolux installer. I’m glad I did as it’s a time consuming process. The LEDs are a great addition and glad we had them. The pull down screen is good and going to install another for winter. Exactly what we wanted to cover the hot tub for summer and winter. One thing, the kit doesn’t include is a seal to the wall. So be prepared before installing.
I received my pergola 3x3 with three screens and the delivery was prompt and the drivers carried it all through the house to where I wanted it (it was all very heavy ) and I assembled it in may just in time for the hot weather , I had one issue when putting it together with some certain screws missing but that was rectified straight away after I contacted them and I had a question about the screens which was explained and answered through the chat on their website.if anyone is considering getting one I would say do it and you won’t regret it, I have enjoyed many days/ evenings in the garden which gives you plenty of options with having the screens and shade if required.it seems like it is very good quality and I hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
