Excellent quality product. Very well made, easy to assemble you just need some commence and DIY experience / capability.
Had a minor issue with missing brackets but that got sorted out very quickly. Customer service have been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
I recommend making Aerosole Paint available for touching up or matching in additional support brackets etc.
An installation video for the Screens assemble would have been helpful as the instructions were a bit hard to follow.
Well its up and getting great reviews from relatives and friends.
Pretty straight forward installation if you follow the instructions, bye-pass them at your own peril. We did and it cost a few hours. We even used the pallet it arrived on.
I ordered my Pergola on Monday 15th Jan
On Jan 17th I received a expected date of between 21st to 24th.The Pergola was not delivered on these days.
I received a txt and a call on Tuesday the 28th of Jan morning (5:30am and 7am) saying the Pergola would be delivered today.
I also received email notofication that the delivery would be on the 28th. However no delivery was conducted.
I then received a txt and email saying the deliver company would not complete the delivery with no further information.
After trying the delivery company support they said to talk to the supplier.
I got in contact with Pergolux support asking for assistance and when this would finaly be delivered. I felt like I am in a Limbo state and i was the playball of two companies.
I received no update for a further 2 days and then after following up again with their support and via leaving a negative feedback I received a phone call at 6PM my time from Pergolux.
The support person explained they are sorting the issues with the transport company and were in talks with their account manager.
Now, I agree that it's not Pergolux fault that the transport company is holding their packages at ransom. However it still leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
I'm still looking forward to recieving the Pergola and building it, however I now have to organize somebody else to be at home to take on the delivery while I'm out of the country for a few weeks. This all has not been the smoothest expirience.
On a positive note I appriciated the call from Pergolux, that they are trying to mediate and help me organize a deliver date that would suit somebody to take on the delivery. However as mentioned this is harder when you're overseas and doesn't allow me to check the delivery for errors, faults or damage.
The last thing that leaves me annoyted is that the company now has a sale on the same item and I could have saved myself an additional 600$ and properly would have gotten it faster.
Again this review is mainly due to an issue with the delivery company and doesn't speak to the quality of the product itself. However the support and quickness with which this is being dealt with could have been better.
I’m not sure we realised how hard this construction would be for 2 over 60 year olds. The instructions are IKEA type format and confusing at times.
It certainly took a lot longer for us to put it together.
The result we think is spectacular.
The blinds have come very soon. They were an additional order to my pergola and block the mild wind without issues.
The pergola looks fantastic and is completely water-tight, a big improvement on the fabric gazebo we previously had. The quality is top-notch, and whilst the assembly took some time (9 hours with 2 people), it's absolutely worth it. We've had lots of very positive comments and expect it to last many years.
This is my second pergolux pergola and I have bought the lights both times. They are great and set it all off at night. The RGB colour changing are best in my opinion.
The S2 Pergola is great quality and a wonderful addition to my garden.
Last year I bought a free standing 3 x 3 S1 pergola which was a joy to build and only took myself and a friend an afternoon to erect, 14 months on it still looks as good as new and I am very happy with it.
I bought the S2 3 x 3 wall mounted variety in april this year and after waiting 2 months for delivery was excited to get it built; unfortunately despite ordering the gutter mounted lighting system at the same time I had to wait until August for delivery which was frustrating as it is not possible to fully assembly the pergola and then retrofit the lights. All in all the S2 is a challenging build in comparison to the S1, however despite the supply chain issues I am very happy with the finished product and would highly recommend it.
I would also like to praise the customer service, in particular Tarek who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the assembly.
It took 4 days and 3 people to put the wall-mounted 4x4m up. All the screws are at the back of the section you put on the wall, this made it extremely difficult. Need an engineering degree to figure out the instructions. It is now up and looks fab.
After 1 year the pergola still looks perfect . Good quality and nice withe led light ( shame I couldn't get the rgb light with my last year model ) Had a small issue with the motor however all sorted by customer service after just few days. For all of these they also offered a nice pergola heater for free !

Ordering, advice and delivery were excellent and we put up the Pergola ourselves, we followed the online video and once we got a feel for it the installation was easy for anyone who is good with that sort of thing.
The Pergola is beautiful and has transformed the garden, especially in the evenings and hot days where the shade is very welcome.
So last weekend we had a stormy night where I lost several plants due to high wind but it did not affect the pergola at all.
I’m absolutely delighted with my Pergolux with the wet summers becoming the norm now it’s just fabulous being able to enjoy the garden no matter what the weather. The lights and heater really finish it off. Excellent quality first class product.

We recently purchased a Pergola S2 from Pergolux, including accessories (ZIP roller and LED). We are very satisfied with the quality of the product. The assembly of the S2 is straightforward with the PDF description and video and can be done in 3.5 hours. The only downside was that the LED stripes were not included in the delivery. After contacting customer service, the missing LEDs will be delivered in the next few days. The pergola gives a high-quality overall impression and is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, the delivery time was much longer than advertised. The assembly was sometimes a bit complicated.
Pre-assembled parts were sometimes misleading and made access to screws difficult.
For the frame, you need at least 3 people, and for attaching the slats later, 2. I took more than 8 hours, not a craftsman.
Exactly the kind of pergola we wanted. You stay nice and dry when sitting outside in the rain. When the sun is shining, you just close the slats and you're super protected.
I did the setup mostly by myself, with just two exceptions. So it's definitely doable with some handyman skills. It took me about 8 hours in total.
All in all, worth the money! Top!
Love my PERGOLUX, perfect for Scottish weather, makes the evenings last that bit longer and a drizzly morning sitting outside with a coffee enjoyable!
The sides keep away small breezes too making it a comfortable space.
3x3mtr wall mount.
After we set up the pergola, we later decided to add the roller shade to provide some additional protection from the sun on the south side. The roller shade also does a good job blocking the wind. The installation was as easy as expected and we are more than happy with it.
We are overjoyed and would order this pergola again immediately. An eye-catcher. Whether from the outside or the inside, it's beautiful. During the last thunderstorm, the pergola didn't budge, like a rock in the surf. Really great 👍
