Just installed my 4x6mtr S3 Pergolux. I have been really impressed with the delivery and packaging. Installed it myself and am very happy with the results. It has exceeded my expectations and would recommend to anyone.
Bought my s1 in march 2025 , got it in the sale and am really happy with it . Got a really good deal . Lots of teething problems with leaks in the gutters and the corners but many tubes of mastic later it seems good , I believe that being series 1 , hopefully the newer ones have not got these issues . I was lucky as I have a concrete shed each side so I used this to make the sides water tight and build a bar into it , all work was done by myself as a am a builder etc so lots of add ons , but overall am really happy with. I couldn't warrant the cost of the front glass or pull down screen on the front so I bought something online which does the job for a fraction of the cost , have led strip lights and patio heater installed . gave me a great indoor /outdoor space for me and my family to enjoy .
We love our S3 Sundream 3x5m. It's the perfect pergola to enhance our space. Suck good value for money.
Found a YouTube video for programming the control in the end, was surprised not done before shipping or at least a QR code to the YouTube video in support section
Worked well, one of the beams light damage in transit but can’t be seen so didn’t bother reporting. Instructions around the strips to remove a little confused and could do with some clarity
Pergola (freestanding 3x3) is really high quality. You certainly get what you pay for! Delivery was quick and professional.
There was a small damage to one of the parts and after addressing it with customer service team all was resolved promptly.
When struggling with assembly their technical team was there to help too.
Overall amazing product, great customer support, I would recommend any time.

Having finally found the time to complete our Pergolux project and install the glass wall, the finished effect is superb.
To develop this product further the components are not as well labelled as the frame and the installation instructions would be better illustrated using photos rather than line drawings as they make understanding the fine detail more challenging. The need to overlap each runner to ensure the panels clip in plus the potential need to slacken the ends of the track when fitting the tracks to the glass as they can be an extremely tight fit and could shatter the glass otherwise should be highlighted.
The panels are very heavy - you definitely need to use the vacuum cup lifting systems to aid and you definitely need two people to do this part safely.
Don’t be put off though; the finished effect is superb, creating a sun trap that rapidly warms up and transforms the use of a Pergolux.
After a lot of thinking I went with a 3/3 wall mounted Pergola over a free standing 4/4 structure. The delivery was prompt and the installation went smoothly and as per the plan .
The customer service was good and I got a very competitive price which I was pleased to receive.
The pergola is of good quality and is as expected. The pergola is mounted to the wall as seen in pictures. However, we got a slight gap between the wall and the pergola on the right side and on the top which I have not expected. This I was told is as expected. This is not huge disappointment. But, I recommend the team to offer a solution when there is a chance to fix/close any gaps between the pergola and the wall it was attached to. This will make it a fully enclosed room , which would also offer wind proof solutions.
All in all I would recommend the product and looking forward to using it . Thanks to the sales and customer service teams.

We are extremely pleased with our new Sundream S3 pergola. I was able to put it up mostly on my own, with some assistance with lifting the bigger bits into place. Definitely need two people for the louvres though! We also added the sliding glass sides, which create a fantastic sun trap and let us use the pergola in all weathers. We have had many compliments from friends and family - the quality is excellent and it looks fantastic on our patio. I spent a long time researching the miriad of pergolas on the market but I kept coming back to Pergolux as the best value for money - quality & price but still DIY friendly. Definitely one of the best purchases we have made for our house!
Arrived very quickly, went for the 4x3 Sundream with heater and RGB led lights.
Took a day for our two fitters to assemble, very sturdy and lovely looking thing with great remote control. Couldn't be happier. Had an issue with the mains power connection (incompatible plug to the control box) but managed to get it working in the end.
I used a wall mounted 5x3m S3 Pergola as a car port in front of my garage.
It is an excellent quality product. I shall be purchasing a 4x3m pergola next Spring for my rear garden.
Excellent delivery surface . Excellent quality product. Only gripe is it took a long time to erect , took 2 of us 12 hours.
I am so happy with the quality of my pergola, it is very superior to other options I looked at, and I love the heater and lights it came with. The louvers are so nice so I can let more light in or to keep the wind and rain out. So excited to have it as a part of my new home.
Really pleased with our Sundream S3 so far. We finished putting it together today with two frameless sliding doors which we love and will be purchasing the other two walls soon!

It’s expensive but the quality is outstanding we are very happy with it and a great addition to the house plus shade as south facing - love it !

Hi we were so excited to get our pergola the reason we bought it was to allow my paralysed son the ability to be outside but able to have a shaded area controlled by his voice. We waited around 6 months for our Sundream pergola to be delivered with the glass doors, unfortunately the motor arm and electrics were faulty on delivery so as a resulted this has delayed the completion of the installation . So this has taken the shine of the purchase a bit but hopefully this we’ll get remedied soon .

Easily assembled and looks great on our decked area. Everything included, instructions straightforward; had it built quite quickly!
Our new free-standing Pergolux S3 (5x3m) is now fully installed and assembled on our patio area. The engineering and manufacturing of the pergola frame, roof louvres and glass sliding panels appears to be of outstanding quality. It was expensive but appears solid, smooth operating and looks brilliant. The main control unit works well with the remote, though WiFi/Bluetooth connectivity seems extremely poor (connection via the app is intermittent at best, even when standing directly underneath it) which is a real shame as that is one of Pergolux’s unique selling points - and influenced our decision to purchase from them instead of going to another (less expensive) manufacturer/supplier.
Of note, there was no ‘warning’ that if you purchase a second heater it cannot be integrated into the system and must be installed completely separately, which is unfortunate. As we are ‘up north’ in the British Isles, we were keen to have a heater at both ends of the pergola to provide even warmth and all year round usability. The second (or any subsequent) heater needs its own separate controller (which we had to request be sent out to us as it wasn’t automatically supplied with the our order) and a separate power source as it cannot be connected directly to the main control unit. The power cable supplied with the heater is also only long enough to feed out via the nearest leg and Pergolux does not offer an extension cable option. We have had to install a second power source at the nearest corner to the second heater. It is then operated separately by a second remote.
Sadly, our whole experience was ultimately spoiled by the UK delivery/customer service process. Having paid for our new pergola at the very beginning of May 25, hoping to be using it within a few weeks (as per their advertising), we did not receive delivery until the end of July and then when installation was started it was discovered that the wrong glass panels had been supplied for both 5m sides. Whilst this was then rectified, it took another few weeks to arrive and get them installed so it wasn’t ready to use until mid-August and it took to the end of that month to get it fully set up.
We decided to use the recommended ‘Pergola Installations’ company to construct it for us - especially as there was over 1.5 tonnes of sliding glass to fit. They are not fully operational in our area of the UK yet and the team they sent seemed to be ‘learning on the job’ but, despite a few hiccups along the way, they did a solid job and having watched it go up there is no way we could have managed it alone.
Overall, we are pleased with the eventual outcome, and are hopeful it all turns out to be worth choosing Pergolux over other more locally established pergola companies. Time will tell.
Purchased a little over a month ago and couldn't be happier with it, very solid piece of kit and well engineered.
Keeps the sun off us, or on us depending on what I choose to do with the remote shutters, and has also served to keep the rain off. Nifty feature is that after it has rained, when you open the shutters again the water is channelled down the legs and doesn't end up dripping on you.
It's not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny.
After researching all the brands, makes and models available in my budget. Pergolux stood out. From their friendly customer service team, to their delivery drivers. the whole process was flawless.
The Sundream 4 x 6 Freestanding went together as per the instructions easily. I highly recommend this product and the brand Pergolux
We love our 5m x4m Pergolux pergola. Our outdoor area has been greatly enhanced by its addition. My husband and friend set up the frame and I helped installing the louvres. We’re all in our seventies and found the instructions easy to follow. My husband did print off the instructions and they were followed to the ‘T’. It’s been very wet in Perth and windy in Perth these past few weeks and our outdoor setting has stayed dry. We don’t have to worry about the umbrella being blown away anymore.
