The programme is designed for established UK landscapers, garden designers, architects, specifiers, installers and related outdoor-living professionals. Every application is reviewed by our UK team.
How does the approval process work?
Tell us about your business and the projects you deliver. We review the application for fit and contact suitable applicants with the next steps and programme terms.
What is a dedicated trade store?
Approved partners receive a dedicated PERGOLUX store route that connects eligible customer orders to their partnership and supports project attribution.
How is commission tracked and paid?
Eligible completed orders are tracked through the approved partner route. Attribution, payment timing, cancellations, refunds and exclusions are governed by the programme terms supplied at approval.
What support do trade partners receive?
Approved partners receive a direct support route for relevant product, project and ordering questions. The exact support scope is confirmed during onboarding.
Can architects and designers participate?
Yes, subject to approval. Architects remain responsible for their firm policies, professional obligations, conflict management and any client disclosures required when receiving a supplier benefit or commission.
Are there minimum project or sales requirements?
Any eligibility, activity or volume requirements are set out in the programme terms provided to approved partners.
