Please note that the delivery date of your order is based on the product with the longest delivery time. To reduce transport routes and CO₂ emissions, we only ship the order once all products are in stock. Exceptions include LEDs and heat lamps. The availability of each product can be found on their respective product pages.

Current delivery dates are displayed directly on the product page near the price when selecting different variants. At the moment, some variants are in stock, while others are still on their way to us.

We kindly ask our customers to be present during delivery and assist with unloading.

If you wish to store the PERGOLUX pergola before assembly, all packages can be stacked on top of each other to save space.

2. Arrange the delivery date with our logistics partners

If lorries or larger vehicles cannot access your location, please inform our logistics partner during the scheduling process to arrange alternatives.

Who are our logistics partners ? 

AIT is our main partner for deliveries, ATA handles our Glass Walls, and FedEx is used for smaller items.

3. Our logistics partner delivers your order on the agreed date

Our pergolas are delivered curb side by a two-person team. It is essential that you—or someone capable—is available on the day of delivery to assist with unloading. The products arrive in multiple packages, each designed to be lifted by two people. Please note: for 4x6 m models, some packages may weigh up to 100 kg.

If you require the items to be carried to a specific location on your property, this can be arranged for an additional fee of ÂŁ250, which can be selected at checkout. Please ensure the access route is clear, level, and safe for our delivery team to carry the packages.

Size. Select the Ideal Size for Your Pergolux Sundream
Width
The width is measured from the outside of one column base to the outside of the other column base. If you want the measurements from the outside of the column to the outside of the column, you need to subtract 40 mm on each side (see image no. 4).
Length
For the freestanding model: The length is measured from the outside of one column base to the outside of the other column base. If you want the measurements from the outside of the column to the outside of the column, you need to subtract 40 mm on each side (see image no. 4). For the wall-mounted model: The width is measured from the wall to the outside of the column base. If you want the measurements from the wall to the outside of the column, you need to subtract 40 mm.
Height
The height is measured from the ground to the roof in the open position. The slats of the roof extend up to 95 mm beyond the top edge of the beam.

Sundream S3 sublime

We are extremely pleased with our new Sundream S3 pergola. I was able to put it up mostly on my own, with some assistance with lifting the bigger bits into place. Definitely need two people for the louvres though! We also added the sliding glass sides, which create a fantastic sun trap and let us use the pergola in all weathers. We have had many compliments from friends and family - the quality is excellent and it looks fantastic on our patio. I spent a long time researching the miriad of pergolas on the market but I kept coming back to Pergolux as the best value for money - quality & price but still DIY friendly. Definitely one of the best purchases we have made for our house!

Best Pergola Ever

I am so happy with the quality of my pergola, it is very superior to other options I looked at, and I love the heater and lights it came with. The louvers are so nice so I can let more light in or to keep the wind and rain out. So excited to have it as a part of my new home.

A Bit Disappointed

Hi we were so excited to get our pergola the reason we bought it was to allow my paralysed son the ability to be outside but able to have a shaded area controlled by his voice. We waited around 6 months for our Sundream pergola to be delivered with the glass doors, unfortunately the motor arm and electrics were faulty on delivery so as a resulted this has delayed the completion of the installation . So this has taken the shine of the purchase a bit but hopefully this we’ll get remedied soon .
