Excellent product, easy to install. A fantastic add on to our house. It adds value, looks great, protects from the sun and rain and was wirth every dollar spent. Highly recommended.
Lights were so easy to push into place, controls fit easily inside frame. Love how we can choose from a bright white to a range of other colours and match with plunge pool light to suit the mood.
Purchased the s3 with slide walls. Looks so good and like it has always been a part of our home. Solid and good quality.
The installer was excellent. Only feedback I have is my order didnt arrive and it took many phone calls to remedy. But, once I got someone who took accountability she quickly resolved by upgrading me to latest model and arranging delivery within a week.

I added the wall afterwards and had no issues at all. Everything fit perfectly straight away.
Always a bit sceptical when spending money to purchase expensive products online without seeing it first hand, however, we were super impressed with the interaction we had with them over the phone when making further enquiries, the delivery and the overall product. Looking forward to enjoying the open / close louvres for many years to come (once we finish our backyard).
Absolutely love our Pergolux 6x3 wall-mounted pergola. It looks fantastic, feels really solid and has completely changed the outdoor area. We have been sitting outside in freezing cold Torquay weather since we put up. We LOVE it.
Instructions, however… well, that was a different story.
They were absolutely horrific. At all points we were pretty sure we were either doing it completely wrong or the instructions were written by someone who had never actually assembled one themselves. It was all pictures (no text) and the part numbers all had two different descriptions and codes and NOTHING made sense.
It took my husband and I the entire weekend to get it up (which isn't bad really) but there may have been a few choice words exchanged along the way.
Once it was finally up, it was absolutely worth the pain. It looks fantastic and feels like a really quality product. We've also had some really bad weather since with heavy rain and full on wind but it has held up perfectly.
Would definitely recommend the pergola. Just allow yourself a full weekend, a decent sense of humour and preferably a marriage that can survive assembling flat pack together. You'll also need one calm and rational member of the assembly committee as I was willing to launch the whole thing into the creek over our fence. Thank god my husband persisted.

I bought a 3.5m x 2.5m awning about a week ago while it was on sale. Havent put it up yet but unpacked everything and checked for any damage and that all the parts were there. So far it looks very solid and high quality.
The awning really does what it says. The fabric feels very strong and doesnt seem to pick up stains easily. The little integrated brush is also a great idea, it removes dirt when you retract the awning. Very happy with the quality.
We are very happy with our awning. It arrived really well packaged, everything was good except one rivet was missing from one of the brackets. We managed to sort this ourself and once installed we are super happy with it. Looks great!
Our 5 × 3m full cassette awning looks really premium and honestly great value for money. The integrated lights in the arms are probaly my favourite feature. The dark fabric is very dark and almost blocks out all the light, but for us this is perfect.
Excellent quality really impressed will be adding extras soon can’t wait to get patio extended and finished off would definitely recommend
Totally waterproof slatted roof in the recent thunderstorm. We have also ordered two mesh sides for it as we love it so much and want to shade the sun from all directions when needed. Dark grey blends in well with our garden furnture. Such a modern addition to our garden. We bought this because our son had one and luckily he fitted ours too. On recommendation he received £300 of Amazon vouchers and we received £300 off our purchase. Super deal and very good value for the quality.

From start to finish, the experience has been fantastic. The installation instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the quality of the pergola is exceptional. The aluminium frame and stainless-steel fixings give it a really premium feel—far superior to your typical Bunnings DIY kit.
The Australian sales and dispatch team were also fantastic. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, even when we made a last-minute change to our order.
We opted for the non-motorised roof, as we installed the pergola above our spa, and it has been the perfect choice.

It’s a great bit of kit I assembled it myself but strongly recommend two people because it was very difficult. I would highly recommend the product it has changed the way we use our garden completely.
Just installed a new Pergolux pergola in my backyard last week, and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! Putting it together by myself was definitely a bit challenging at times, but the final look completely transformed my outdoor space. The quality is top-notch, and my family and I are already loving spending time out there. Highly recommend if you want to upgrade your backyard
It was a significant investment so I spent a long time researching but each time got drawn towards Pergolux. I made the right decision! Straight forward instructions for a DIY build, took my time to get it right so about 2 days in total. Also dug concrete foundations for each post etc Quality of the Pergolux is superb and the online advice and telephone support has been excellent so far when needed. Can now enjoy extra space outside in all weathers (though it has not rained yet!). Well worth the Pro range with LED lighting and electric louvres. The side screens are also top quality (though be prepared for how heavy they are when installing) and provide privacy yet you can still see the garden surroundings. In the current heatwave in the UK it was a timely purchase. Been wanting a Pergola for a long time and so far my experience with Pergolux has been top drawer.
We can’t fault the quality of any part of the Pergola. It’s a very solid and strong structure. We have glass sliding doors on all four of the sides and they slide with ease.

Our house faces south and the patio running across the back becomes unusable in the heat. We installed awnings 5 years ago which successfully kept heat out of the house (unless it was too windy to use them) but offered no shade on the patio itself.
We’d been considering a louvred pergola for a few years and finally bit the bullet, opting for the Pergolux as the quality looked better than brands we’d seen at garden centres, and the warranty was far longer.
We have bought a 4m x 3m wall mounted Pergolux 4. We wanted a wall mounted system so it flowed directly from the house, and only 3 blinds would be needed to fully enclose the sides.
I had to lift 4 slabs for each pergola leg, and dig footings to create the 50x50x50 concrete pads recommended. I then relaid the slabs over the new concrete.
The Pergolux was straight forward to assemble, mounting the front cross beam was the trickiest part. The click in louvers were super quick to fit.
We’ve added a 4m blind and intend to buy 2 more for the sides when funds allow.
We’d held off with the purchase as we were concerned the pergola would take away too much light inside the house, but that has not proved to be the case. I’d recommend having the louvers run at 90 degrees to the house for best light transfer into the house.
All in all highly recommended!
