Easily assembled and looks great on our decked area. Everything included, instructions straightforward; had it built quite quickly!
Purchased a little over a month ago and couldn't be happier with it, very solid piece of kit and well engineered.
Keeps the sun off us, or on us depending on what I choose to do with the remote shutters, and has also served to keep the rain off. Nifty feature is that after it has rained, when you open the shutters again the water is channelled down the legs and doesn't end up dripping on you.
It's not the cheapest on the market but you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny.
After researching all the brands, makes and models available in my budget. Pergolux stood out. From their friendly customer service team, to their delivery drivers. the whole process was flawless.
The Sundream 4 x 6 Freestanding went together as per the instructions easily. I highly recommend this product and the brand Pergolux
We love our 5m x4m Pergolux pergola. Our outdoor area has been greatly enhanced by its addition. My husband and friend set up the frame and I helped installing the louvres. We’re all in our seventies and found the instructions easy to follow. My husband did print off the instructions and they were followed to the ‘T’. It’s been very wet in Perth and windy in Perth these past few weeks and our outdoor setting has stayed dry. We don’t have to worry about the umbrella being blown away anymore.
So good with spreading heat. Covers the entire area! Allows you do things like this in the cold!
Looks great. Was reasonably straightforward to install. Just a few steps on the assembly video we’re out of sequence and a little confusing.
We are so pleased with pergola . Our garden is south facing and there is no shade to seat outside . The quality is excellent and we plan to enjoy the summer for many years to come .
Impressed from the end to end experience, from the packaging to the quality of the components. Using the YouTube vides and manual myself and 3 friends had it up in around 4 or 5 hours without any issues. Now enjoying the usage of having shade over my patio / outside kitchen area :)
Following the instructions and the video guide these were so easy to fit and they are exactly what we hoped. The colour is as hoped, a pleasing natural warm white glow, as opposed to the overly orange, pale yellow or cooler hues you can often get from RGBs. The range of brightness is perfect, from all the way down to present but just ambient, all the way up to bright dining light. We are very happy with these lights to be honest - couldn't be happier!
We love our new Pergolux Pergola! We bought the wall mounted Sundream S3 5mtr x 4mtr and it looks amazing and ready to house our new outdoor kitchen. Installation took longer than the 4-6 hours that is described, however the instructions and videos were really helpful. I would advise anyone buying a wall mounted unit to get an angled electonic drill attachment as us not having one of these put at least 3 hours on the install just using a standard alan key. (I have bought one afterwards - see pic for what we'd recommend using!)
The lights and heater and remote are all amazing. Looks like some of the top end models whic cost 3 - 4 times more.
I’ve had my Pergola S3 for a couple of weeks and am absolutely delighted with it! I have a south facing garden but haven’t been able to be out in it for the last 10 years as ten years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition which means avoiding the sun completely. This pergola had literally changed my life! I can be outside having breakfast or a cup of tea or dinner etc whether it’s raining or sunny.
There were some issues with the delivery but it was explained to me that these were down to the courier company and the customer service team at Pergolux sorted these out.
I opted to have the coloured lights and they’re fab? I think six or seven colours to choose from, purple is my favourite but I think red could come into play during the chillier evenings in the autumn! I can now also be out there when it’s dark! (Photos taken from my neighbour’s garden to get a better idea).
It’s a really solid pergola, very well made. Takes two people to put up and everything is provided, you literally need screwdrivers, a drill, a mallet and ladders. There are how to videos on You Tube for every step of the way.

We ordered a large Skydance s3 which was delivered on time but when it came to assembly some days later noticed that the wrong legs had been sent.
Pergolux were quick to acknowledge the error and had me legs sent to us in the space of 4 days and the finished product is fantastic
Love the new pergola, it’s like a new room, which can be switched between inside and out. It is very well made and we got the Pergolux installers to build, which they did a great job!
We purchased the sundream S3 4 x 3 and simply love it!
It needed to be slightly modified to accomadate the install location, (Cut 32 centimetres off one leg to sit on a small wall) but this can be done by anyone with a moderate DIY skills. I ccose Pergolux after comparing the material specifications to othe brands, They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Recommended!
After looking for a bespoke pergola, we decided to go with Pergolux. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Great product, made exactly to the dimensions we needed, without any unforeseen problems!
Loved doing this DIY project with some custom modifications to fit our special requirements.
We love it so far. Need to finish off securing it to our patio and we're planning to add screens to finish it off. It's already transformed our outdoor space and we're using it all the time now.
Assembly took a day and a half, maybe could have been a day if we hadn't picked a particularly wet day to do it. You do need to be pretty handy to do it, so installation team might be useful if you're not.
Support and sales teams have been great when I contacted them.
Although our Pergola took longer than the 6 to 8hrs to build, I am still extremely impressed with the quality and service of this product. Delivery was prompt and easily tracked. Every aluminium piece fitted together perfectly with quality stainless steel fixtures. We will be using ours as a carport and multi-purpose outdoor room, as you can see it works perfectly.
Bought 2 S1 Screen for my Pergolux Pergola to protect the garden furniture. Screens were reasonably easy to fit and finish the pergola off nicely. My only observation which is slightly annoying is that both screens tend to retract about 15-20cm leaving a gap at the bottom. This doesn’t happen immediately upon closing but if left overnight the gap has appeared in the morning.
We received first class service from William & the team at Pergolux. A team of installers came on a weekend to instal our 3 pergolas for our soon to be opened hotel. The pergolas are great value for money & complement our refurbished property beautifully. We couldn't recommend Pergolux more highly.
Definitely more than 3-5 hours work for 2 people. Maybe triple that! The leaflet instructions and animated videos are not comprehensive enough for smooth assembly. What would really help is a video with real footage of assembly. That would make things so much clearer. I would recommend professional assembly! The product itself is top notch!
The pergola was delivered within the quoted time, the delivery team consisted of four men who were able to carry the packages through to the back garden when asked.
The assembly team arrived as arranged and completed the assembly in one day with no problems.
Very happy with the end result, especially as the price was discounted due to being a previous model.
We recently published two S2 4x3 pergolas to cover the back of patio area including an outdoor kitchen.
We had some challenges with delivery albeit this was not a Pergolux issue but the couriers. That said Pergolux were good at supporting.
Finally we also used the recommended f itting team who were brilliant.
Overall a good experience and it looks great in our garden.
