We recently purchased our pergolux (5×4) and could not be happier. The product was delivered promptly and well packaged in ensure no transit damage. Assembly was involved; however, YouTube tutorials helped.
We reside in a particularly windy area, so we chose pergolux for it strong wind rating. I can tell you from experience, the pergolux has not moved, flexed, or rattled once.
We're impressed, and now enjoying comfortable outdoor living.
Great service from start to finish, delivered on time and well packaged, we did end up getting someone to erect for us as I was too busy. A single guy put it up in one day by himself!! I was amazed.

We installed a Pergolux with screens on 2 sides a while back. With the recent very hot weather we decided to add a screen to the north eastern side to shelter us from the hot late morning sun. It was easy to add the screen and it is doing the job perfectly. Bonus is it also cuts out the wind and any rain from that direction when needed. Very happy with our purchase of the extra screen. We love our Pergolux

I was a little bit daunted by the nine boxes when the Sundream arrived. I had some help getting the items upstairs seeing as we had no direct access to our Garden. I had help putting the main beams together. After this, I built it by myself once the frame had been built. Following the videos and directions, I found it quite easy to put together. The Sund dream adds an extra room to my house and finishes off my Garden. I am really impressed with how it has turned out. I will be adding the retractable screens. 10/10

I recently purchased the PERGOLUX Sundream S3 Freestanding 5 x 4 metre Pergola, and it has exceeded my expectations.
I expected to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery but received it in just over a week, well packaged and labelled.
Installation was fairly straight forward by following the youtube video along with the manual. We installed the Pergolux in 2 days and had 3 people to get the frame up then 2 of us for the rest of the installation.
The design is sleek and modern, matching our house and deck so well it looks custom made. It has transformed our deck into a space we can use all day.
We are so happy we chose this product.
We purchased the screen after installing the Pergolux over Christmas, installing it several weeks after the main unit. We continue to be extremely happy with the product, quality of engineering and planning, relative ease of installation, and overall good looks continue to impress us. The unit has certainly added value to our home.
I didn't really want to buy a PERGOLUX, I'd found a cheaper brand that looked mostly the same. EXCEPT of course it wasn't. The blades ran the wrong way for the winter sun to come in, the frame wasn't as hardy, the blinds were very glary and white, and most of all it came from China and I had to wait months for my model. I'm so glad now that it happened this way, and Martin and the customer service team from Pergolux were so patient and kind with all my questions. We had to reduce the height of the pillars a bit to get under my eve, but the result is absolutely magical. I got the LEDs, heaters and blinds (which are a beautiful soft grey that lets you see the landscape, but blocks the sun's heat and glare). It has completely changed the way I'm living in the house and protects the house from the northerly sun in the summer in a way I hadn't imagined. Just love it.
Very happy to finally have my Pergolux Skydance S3 on my deck. It was a very expensive purchase, so one that was well considered. Now we have it in place, our 6 x 4 houses our large spa and a nice outdoor table, with the additional pull down screens, which keep it private and also free of bugs. We also had a lot of rain over the weekend and inside the gazebo was still very dry, I would give it a 99% success in keeping the rain out...a few drops here and there. All in all very strong, very nice to look at and we are very happy with it. Be mindful of the time to set it up. I had 2 builders doing it and they spent 3 days on putting it together. I believe there is a set up service available, I don't know how much it costs, but I wouldn't hesitate to go down that path next time.
The Sundream pergola has changed the way we use our outdoor area. It is like we have another room. It was challenging to install in the heat just before Christmas, but the instructions were very clear and the videos helped a lot. We are very happy with the quality of the pergola and have used it every day since it was installed.
We took delivery if our Pergolux S3 several weeks back, and I waited until family visited us over Christmas to assemble and put it in place.
Together with my brother in law we unpacked everything, carefully followed the instructions and over the course of a few days, slowly assembled it. With every step, we became more and more blown away with the clever engineering. It went together almost hassle free- any small hiccups we had were more about us incorrectly reading the instructions than issues with the unit itself.
Now my wife and I are getting our new Pergolux ready to be our main outdoor dining area.

Absolutely wrapped with the Pergolux pergola. We opted for the 6x4 with blinds and heater. Not only dies it look great but it provides a great space for dining or just a Rosé on the couch. Shout out to Hinkling Homes for doing the installation too
We installed a 6 x 3 took two days to install with a bit of help from my wife . Took 4 hrs to in pack and get rid of rubbish .
