Delivery
For product in stock, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location and order details.
Good news! Shipping is free for all orders over $1000.
We do not currently ship internationally; however, we have stores in 14+ countries. Contact us to discuss your project further.
Your pergola arrives in a kit via freight delivery, on average between 12-15 large boxes. The delivery company will reach out to you to schedule the final delivery appointment so that you are home to sign for the product. It will be a white glove delivery experience with a two person unload. They will place the boxes anywhere on the property within reason, including the garage.
Your pergola is packed on a pallet and carefully checked by our Quality Control team. You’ll receive a tracking number and delivery updates after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Storage
Yes, you can store the pergola in a dry and covered space until installation. Many of our customers will store this in a garage or outside covered by a tarp.
We are pleased to offer storage services to our customers . You can select how many months of storage you would like, which will be processed at checkout. Once the storage period is complete, we will ship your order as normal and you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link and number.

Yes, our pergolas are designed to be watertight, featuring an integrated drainage system. This includes a built-in gutter and sloped louvers that efficiently channel rainwater down the two front columns, keeping your space dry and comfortable.

Yes, you can add screens, glass walls, and other accessories at any time after the pergola installation.
Our pergola models vary in design, load capacity, and additional features like motorization and accessory compatibility.
We currently offer standardized sizes, but many customers achieve their ideal fit by combining multiple pergolas or making modifications. Our team is happy to guide you through the best options for your space—reach out to learn more!
Product - Accessories
Either a screen or a glass wall can be installed on a single side at a time, as both are designed to fit seamlessly within the pergola frame. Some customers have found creative ways to customize their setup—contact us to explore possible solutions!
We offer manual, retractable screens, fixed and sliding glass walls, LED lighting, heaters, Everglow lamps, and wood slat walls. These are compatible with all models.
The pergola has been tested in strong winds, but we always recommend leaving the slats open when the pergola is not in use so that the pergola does not become a large wind trap and thus damaged by the wind.
The slats on the roof are overlapping and are made so that the water flows down into a rain gutter on the beams of the pergola that leads the columns so that the water runs outside of the pergola.
Payments

We offer financing options through a trusted third party firm called Affirm, including 0% interest plans. You can select this option at checkout.
Technical
Permit requirements vary by location; however, the majority of our customers do not need a permit. Check with your local authorities for any permitting guidelines.

Our DIY pergola kits are designed for easy self-assembly and many of our customers choose to install this on their own.

Our pergolas come in our standard sizes; however, customers will make modifications to the height and width of the pergola by cutting the extruded aluminum.
Yes, you can absolutely connect multiple pergolas for a larger covered space. Contact us for more info on this option.
Many of our customers will install the pergola on a solid, level foundation such as concrete, wood decking, or stone pavers. Often a concrete footer is needed. Contact our team to discuss further or read this article.
Warranty & Returns
Yes, all pergolas come with a 10 year warranty - go to our terms and conditions to learn more.
It covers structural defects and material issues. It does not cover damage due to improper installation or weather conditions.
