Really good but … let down by subcontractors .

At the Pergolux side everything was really good. Great staff, who seemed genuinely concerned. My only small issue is that I thought I would also receive a free heater but perhaps I misread the sale offer.

However the subcontractors who delivered the product were logistically incompetent. The attitude seemed to be that I had nothing better to do than organise my life around three delivery schedules - two attempted and abandoned and the final one successful.
The actual delivery people were great but the logistics were really poor.

So a five star becomes a three star. I just thought you should be aware.

Not built the pergola yet so fingers crossed..
